Annual Service and Monitoring Package.

Residential package €320.00 per annum, €80.00 per quarter, or €26.66 per month payable by direct debit.

This service includes 24 hour per day, 7 day per week, 365 day per year monitoring of your alarm system via your phone line. Any alarm activation or panic alarm activation is transmitted immediately for action. The relevant action can be taken then to ensure you receive the response required from either the Gardai, your keyholders or another emergency service such as the Fire Brigade or a Doctor on Call for a Medilert call. This package also includes service and maintenance on your system to include regular routine inspections to ensure that your alarm system is in good working order at all times and includes free of charge replacement parts and labour over the 3 year duration of the contract. The only additional charges that you will incur is if you wish to extend or alter the system or if breakage and damage is caused to the system. Additional advantages are that if you avail of this service 4Security can provide an NSAI certificate to confirm that the system is connected to a monitoring station and confirmed that a Unique Reference Number has been obtained from the Gardai Communications Headquarters.This will enable the customer to obtain a 20% rebate from your home insurance provider.

If you require a keyholding service we can arrange for your keys to be held in the IWatch Control Centre and they will provide a keyholding service for you and respond to all alarm activations by sending a patrol driver to check the premises. In the event of a break in or an unauthorised entry they can arrange for a follow up with the Garda and inform the nominated keyholders. The cost of this service is €450.00 per annum and €25.00 per patrol drivers attendance.
